AI matters!

This week, the Nobel Prize in both physics and in chemistry was granted to scientists working in AI. In physics, the winners of the prestigious prize were John J. Hopfield and Geoffrey E. Hinton; in chemistry, David Baker won.

Although many questions remain about the future use of artificial intelligence in general and specifically in science, there is no doubt that AI is here to stay and will revolutionize our lives.
