EPO has decided to postpone all oral proceedings in opposition until 2021

All oral proceedings in opposition which have not either already been confirmed to take place by videoconference or will be held by videoconference with the parties’ consent have been postponed until next year.

In May this year all oral proceedings in opposition were postponed until 14 September and this date has now been changed to 31 December.
