Interview: aera ‘excited’ to capitalise on Norway’s shifting market dynamics

Alexander Bjørnå, aera’s first hire in Norway, explains why it’s the right time to disrupt the country’s ‘traditional’ IP market.

With a brand-new office in Oslo launched in February, aera wants to offer flexible service models that can help create more value for clients.
“From a market perspective, this is a paradigm shift in the Norwegian IP business, challenging the traditional structures with new concepts,” says Alexander Bjørnå, the firm’s first partner hire in Norway.
