Louise advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark and design matters. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Aarhus University, where she specialised in intellectual property law and completed her thesis on European Design Law. Louise was admitted to the Danish Bar in 2022 and is a licensed Attorney-at-Law.
She has extensive experience advising both Danish and international clients on the development and implementation of IP strategies, conducting clearance assessments, and managing IP portfolios. Her practice encompasses the full lifecycle of trademark and design rights — from registration and portfolio management to enforcement and dispute resolution.
