Yayi combines a background in intellectual property law with scientific and technical training in bioinformatics and biotechnology. Before joining aera, she gained experience in patent prosecution and intellectual property matters at both international and Chinese law firms. She later worked at an international engineering company in Denmark.
With experience spanning biotechnology, bioinformatics, machine learning and data engineering, Yayi enjoys working at the intersection of law and technology. She brings an analytical, detail-oriented and collaborative approach to complex technical and legal questions.
