aera a/s is looking for a new European Patent Attorney to join our Biotech Team.
The ideal candidate for this position holds a PhD and has prosecution expertise within the areas of medical biotechnology, genetics, transgenic animals, neurobiology, microbiological processes, protein pharmaceuticals and substances and devices for medical treatment.
The candidate should preferably hold the European Patent Litigation Certificate and other appropriate qualifications pursuant to Article 48(2) of the UPC agreement.
The main tasks for this position also include business development with a primary focus in Sweden, Norway and Germany as well as strong international relations outside the EP jurisdiction.
