We are looking for an experienced Trademark and Design Paralegal to join our office in Aarhus.

There are several ways to qualify for this position, but we prefer that you have at least 5 years of experience as a trademark and/or design paralegal, preferably in a trademark department or another consulting firm. We assume that you are fluent in Danish and English and would like you to have knowledge of another language. If you have completed paralegal training or have worked with IP-related matters, this would be an advantage. You will have experience in client contact, the ability to meet deadlines, and we would like to see experience in running projects. If you are also interested in IT, we see this as a great advantage.
In the role of Paralegal, you will have a varied and responsible job. You will work both independently and in a team, and in close cooperation with our IP consultants. In this position, you will correspond with both Danish and foreign clients as well as agents and authorities.
This will involve preparing documents before they are delivered to the Trademark and Patent Office, communicating with external parties internationally, registering documents and monitoring them in our internal system, and writing reports in both Danish and English. Placement at the client’s premises may occur.
