Heidi has been advising clients for more than 25 years on legal matters relating to IP law with a main focus on trademarks, designs and domains. She graduated with a Master of Laws from Aarhus University in 1996 and during her previous employments as an IP and trademark consultant at patent and trademark consultancies and in law firms, she has acquired extensive experience in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Being a business minded IP strategist and acting as a sparring partner to the client Heidi has advised diverse Danish and international clients in relation to the protection, use, enforcement and utilization of IP rights.
Since 2020, Heidi has been ranked in WTR 1000 – The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals and has thereby been recognized by clients for understanding the business needs of the clients in order to devise and implement IP strategies. Client’s have also expressed that Heidi “is pragmatic in her approach and proactively safeguards her clients’ interests.”
Heidi has been a member of MARQUES and ECTA and participated in various international IP conferences during her professional career.
